The dilapidation of the 300m2 warehouse has been carried out by Stevenage based contractor JDL Construction Limited.

After a full strip out of the existing offices and mezzanine floor, the scope of works included

Installation of a full scaffold and Mansafe system around the perimeter of the roof
Full safety net to the underside of the roof
New roof lights and roof repairs
New toilet block with disabled toilet facility
New timber windows and aluminium front door
Decoration of steel frames, as well as internal and external cladding and shutter door
2 part epoxy resin floor paint
New car park coverings and markings

An excellent project that rum smoothly was a credit to the team. This unit is now available to rent, with the incoming tenant being able to enjoy a fresh new unit.
