Windmill trading estate is home to over 20 commercial premises, and Unit 9 was JDL Construction’s second project on the estate in 2017.
The 204m2 warehouse received the following works ahead of its new tenant
- Installation of full scaffold handrail around the roof, and safety netting underneath.
- New rooflights and roof repairs, and Giromax Delcote applied to the front and rear gutters.
- Full strip out of all services, including a 178m2 mezzanine floor.
- Full refurbishment of male/female and disabled WC.
- Full decoration of all items.
- 2 part epoxy resin floor.
- New car park markings.
