MD Jamie Logan was thrilled with the outcome, and had this to say “With an extremely short lead time, and a target date to meet for the prospective client, we were always up against it. PROJECT COMPLETION – GARAGE CONVERSION

Published 24/12/2015

JDL have completed a full garage renovation in Great Ashby, Stevenage.

This project, although fairly small in size, was very challenging due to the amount of work needed to be completed in a short amount of time. From start to finish, we managed to strip out, lay a new insulated floor, re-wire including 13 new LED spot lights, plaster, decorate and fit a complete bathroom suite in 3 weeks.

This project was also logistically challenging due to the location of the house, but was completed on time and on budget, leaving the family to enjoy their Christmas with a new en-suite bedroom.

Client Mr Sutriepka said ” Jamie and his team were fantastic from start to finish. I required additional works to be completed at various stages of the project, and as well as his own ideas, these were completed with minimal fuss. the guys were on site every day, and finished early Christmas eve as planned. overall, the guys were a delight to have at my property, and will be recommending them to anyone who needs any form of building work completed.”

MD Jamie Logan quoted ” this project was great to be part of. the short timescale was challenging, especially to include drying times before we could decorate, but all came together and handed over on time. This project in particular show great testament to the fantastic team that I have, and the credit should be shared with them.
